John leads global searches for a range of Private Equity backed businesses, focusing specifically on CTO, CPO and CIO leadership role as part of the Executive Search practice at La Fosse. He has 8 years’ experience in Executive Search, supporting and advising some of the UK’s most innovative, technology led start-ups and scale-ups. Prior to La Fosse he worked with a boutique search firm, leading C-Suite and VP level mandates for deep-tech / software businesses. He has a deep understanding of the technology sector and candidate market globally, and has worked across a diverse range of markets and investment stages.

Will specialises in executive transformation leadership appointments (principally chief transformation officers, chief operating officers, and experts in value creation) as part of the executive practice at La Fosse. Will is based in London and brings a wealth of experience working with Private Equity customers and their portfolio businesses. Will works extensively with Private Equity throughout the deal lifecycle, from providing pre-deal advisors through to interim and permanent appointments with portfolio leadership. Will initially worked at La Fosse as an intern and has been a permanent part of the team since he graduated from Newcastle University.

Kirsten is a consultant specialising in the Private Equity sector, with a focus on senior technology, transformation, and data roles. Her expertise spans various placements, including pre-deal advisory, carve-outs, M&A, integration, turnarounds, and value creation. 

Olivia is Head of Research within La Fosse’s Executive Search Practice. She works closely with fast-growth organisations across a variety of sectors to hire technology leadership talent globally, in addition to leading a skilled team of Executive Researchers.

Paul is part of the Executive Search Practice at La Fosse and is based in London. He specialises in delivering C-Suite level mandates across Europe within PE and VC businesses. Prior to joining La Fosse, Paul was part of a boutique search firm focusing on CTO, CPO and C-1 placements for technology companies across multiple verticles including financial services, healthcare, consumer, cleantech and professional services. Paul graduated from Southampton University with a degree in English Literature and enjoys reading as well as playing rugby.

Dominic is an Associate Director and heads our Technology Leadership Practice within La Fosse Executive. Dominic is based in London, specialising in technology executives. Dominic focuses on CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, Heads of Technology, and Heads of IT/IT Operations. He has an in-depth knowledge of technology and has worked in the UK, Europe, and US markets for over twelve years. Dominic’s customers range across all industries, but the assignments are always technology-focused.

Charlotte specialises in recruiting C-Suite transformation leaders as part of the Executive Search practice at La Fosse, based in London. She has over 6 years’ experience partnering with businesses – VC/PE backed as well as listed organisations - across the B2B and B2C landscape throughout Europe and North America. Charlotte has experience working in internal Executive Search also, in her prior role, working for a B2B SaaS German business. Charlotte started her career in Executive Search appointing C-Suite and NEDs into global not-for-profits following her MA in International Development and BA in Politics and International Relations at the University of Sheffield.
