La Fosse is delighted to welcome two new senior hires to their Executive Search team this month, in anticipation of further expansion into the European market in 2020.

Alice Lesbaupin
Alice has recently joined our Executive Search practice as the Head of Research, focusing on expanding our already established Executive and Interim divisions.
Before moving to La Fosse, she was part of the ‘Executive Search, Private Equity & Venture Capital’ team at Egon Zehnder in London, where she spent four years focusing on placing senior fund professionals. Alice has also worked at Russell Reynolds, where she covered financial services and consumer sector from their São Paulo, Brazil office.
Prior to executive search, Alice accrued four years of experience in marketing and business intelligence at a consumer goods company, and spent a year advising a diverse range of clients on topics from payments to healthcare at a consultancy firm.
Alice graduated with a BSc in Economics and has a master’s degree in Business and Marketing. She also speaks fluent English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Lise Ferrier
Lise Ferrier leads the Sales and Marketing Executive Search practice at La Fosse in the UK and Europe. She focuses on placing executive and C-level individuals in a variety of commercial leadership roles, and operates across a range of sectors including private equity.
Prior to La Fosse, Lise worked as a Business Development Manager at tado° – a tech IoT start-up focusing on smart heating products – and at Montagu Private Equity, where she focused on C-level portfolio talent management across Europe.
Lise started her career as an executive search consultant, advising mid and large-cap private equity clients on the recruitment of their CEOs, CFOs and non-executive board members.
Lise holds a master’s in International Management from UCD Michael Smurfit in Dublin, and a bachelor’s degree in Political Sciences and Economics from Sciences Po Strasbourg, France. She speaks fluent English and French, and conversational German.
